CLIENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Booking Policy.
All appointments are subject to 30% non-refundable booking fee. When booking an appointment online, Iced Aesthetics will contact you within 24 hours of submitting your booking form to confirm your appointment slot - this is when your deposit will be requested. Your deposit needs to be paid within 48 hours of this request. Failure to pay this will result in your appointment being cancelled and your booking slot being re-opened for other clients to book.
All booking fees are non-refundable.
By booking your appointment, you are agreeing to treat all practitioners and Iced Aesthetics staff with respect and in a professional manner, and in failure to do so will be banned from using our services in the future.
Due to the pharmaceutical nature of some of our medical-grade prescription products, the use of these products as part of a treatment will only be available on a consultation basis. Once the consultation process has been completed, you will be required to carry out an electronic ID verification or provide satisfactory identity information.
Cancellation Policy.
We require minimum of 24 hours if booking is cancelled/rescheduled. Due to the nature of our work, it is very hard to fill cancellation slots at short notice.
Any cancellations less than 24 hours will result in your non-refundable deposit being non-transferable to another treatment. This also applies if you do not attend your appointment as a 'no show'.
Please note that cancelled appointments are only recognized with written confirmation – either email, text or social media.
Late arrival (15 mins) to your scheduled appointment will result in your practitioner being unable to carry out your procedure and you being charged 50% of the full treatment value. You also may be asked to reschedule your appointment.
Please not that Iced Aesthetics cannot be held responsible for appointments that a client has forgotten.
